William F. Kiniry III (Bill) is the son of William Kiniry Jr., Assistant Scoutmaster at Camp, and older brother of Michael A. Kiniry. He joined Paoli 1 "late" as a twelve year old in 1998 and was assigned as a member of the Lion Patrol. In 1999 he was moved to Color Patrol, where he stayed for two years. The first year was under the leadership of Brian Comey, and the second was as APL under the leadership of Sean McCay. After an uneventful run as APL, he was promoted to Patrol Leader of the Lion Patrol for two years from 2001 to 2003. His brother, Michael A. Kiniry, followed him to the Lion Patrol, serving as Third Man for the second year. Bill's assistants were Alex Choi (2001-2002), Jed Nimitz (2002-2003), and Peter Boltuch (2002-2003). After two tours of duty as a PL for Lion, Bill became a member of the Staff Patrol, and assumed the position of Troop Scribe. Throughout his entire time in Paoli 1 he was a member of the Drum and Bugle Corps and Bill is also a Brotherhood member of the Order of the Arrow.  Bill received his Eagle in 2004 from Dick Bensing.

Bill has received numerous decorations for his achievements in Paoli 1 over the years including the Inter Patrol Contest Cup, a Patrol Leader's Award, the Drum and Bugle Corps Award, and the Sydney W. LeSueur Jr Award for the First Aid Test. In 2003 Bill led the Lion Patrol to victory in the First Aid Meet, an uncommon achievement back then made all the more remarkable because the Lion Patrol at the time was comprised of more inexperienced recruits than veteran scouts. Bill has also been an integral member in the growth of the Man Scout movement and is the current PL of the Man Scout Patrol. He is also a Master on the Man Scout Council, a site administrator for the Woolipedia Wiki, a member of the National Eagle Scout Association, and the only Man Scout who is also a doctor (Bill graduated from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 2012). Since graduating from the Troop, he has attended Sea Base High Adventure Base as an adult leader, and continues to be active in the Troop as an Assistant Scoutmaster.
